Mihnea is Head of Research at the National Bank of Ukraine and Visiting Scholar at the Kyiv School of Economics. His academic experience also includes appointments at CUREM (University of Zurich) and ISM (Vilnius). He holds a PhD from the University of Zurich. Mihnea' s research is focused on empirical macroeconomics, economic history and real estate markets.
